Two Dog Moonshine
Our version is made from our bourbon mash (83% corn, 11% rye, 6% malted barley) Technically, this is classified as corn whisky. We double pot distill it to 155 proof and we make very narrow cuts on the finish run for a smooth, sweet, “white dog” whisky.
